Is there a deposit requirement for tours/rentals?
As many rental companies often do, we run an authorization (not a charge) on your credit card in the amount of $500 per vehicle.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Customers are required to wear a helmet during the time of the rental as per our policy (helmets are included with rental).
Is there an age requirement for Segway PT tours?
You must be at least 14 years old and accompanied by a parent/guardian if under the age of 18.
Where can I ride the Segway PT?
You will be required to follow your tour guide during the length of the tour.
How far can a Segway PT travel?
The Segway PT can travel up to 24 miles on a single charge
depending on riding conditions.
