"When I first thought about purchasing a watercraft, I was skeptical as I knew absolutely nothing about them other than perhaps they went on the water. Shawn explained every little detail and politely answered all my questions, despite how elementary they probably were to him. I didn't buy it (Seadoo) on the spot, but instead checked out a competitor and found that there was NO comparison! Customer service at SKNW was *outstanding*, no pressure. The competitor pressured me and hence lost my business. I've had nothing but positive experiences with SK and will continue to do business with them in the future.

"I had been taking my seadoo's to a dealer who I had bought one from and found out that they were not doing the correct maintanence to my boats every year. Only to have my newest one's motor blow on Lake Shasta while on vacation. My older one never ran that well. Frustrated got a referrel to sk northwest and have never been happier! My older ski runs great and has never ran so good! I will only do business with sk northwest from now on.Great service and repair!"

"I purchased a used Speedster from out of state dealer that included wrong cover. Sk took care of me as if I bought the boat from them. They will get all my business and many referrals. A first class operation to go above and beyond what a NORMAL dealer would do. But who said they were normal. Oh the other dealer said "nothing we can do""

"I bought the 2015 polaris 570 ACE SP . Sales person Chris more Helpful than with any other dealer I had contacted . The honest truth made the sale ! Then the mechanic who actually test drove the polaris demo model ,gave me a complete run down on operations .He even took another unit apart to show me exactly what maintenance He was talking about . West coast airfare is cheep and sales man gave me a ride .No sales tax in Oregon was a huge savings for Me personally ."

"I just have to say from the first call I made to the parts counter to the service department to the sales to everyone in the store including customers. You guys are awesome! We were 1500 miles from home and called Redding, CA and they couldn't help. Called you guys and you told us no problem just get there. We got there and the problem was bigger than we thought. "I started in Texas and am alone in the middle of a 10000 mile road trip visiting our National Parks of the West on my 2008 Victory Vision. This morning, after camping last night in Olympic NP I stopped for gas in Aberdeen, WA. After fueling up, I could not restart the engine with an apparent battery issue. A kind man lent me his jumper cables and we got it fired up after a few minutes of charging. I proceeded directly to Polaris of Portland for the next 3 hours praying I didn't accidentally stall it. Brent at the Service desk quickly acquired a new battery and Cody swiftly got it on the bike. This all at a fair and honest price. Thanks no sales tax Oregon! Cody was also kind enough to look for any other maintenance issues that might be a problem and explain them to me. He obviously has a great amount of experience and knowledge on Victories. You Portlandians are very lucky to have a great dealership in your area. I cannot say the same yet for my own. It was a great first experience in your city from your friendly motorcycle ambassadors. I am truly thankful to them for putting me back on my way quickly when they were obviously already busy. "

"In my 60 years of riding, I have disliked cruisers for many reasons. Due to age and health, I needed a lower seat height and CG if I was to continue riding. Saw an ad for the newly released Cross bikes and checked them out. I was very impressed with the stats and a demo ride sold me. In February 2010, I ordered a Midnight Cherry Cross Roads. Its as if Victory interviewed guys like me and asked, "What would it take to get you to buy one of ours?" And they did it in spades. I have been very pleased with my bike as it does everything so well, that for the first time in decades, I am down to only one bike. I have owned and ridden many bikes in my riding career and I have never experienced a bike that is so compliant and user friendly. Like the people at Portland Polaris. "

"I stopped by the Portland store before I went to the Seattle Victory dealer. I almost purchased an 08 Kingpin from them because I saw their advertised bike with the adjusted price from the original MSRP. I could not tell what is actually in your store inventory without atually going to your store. I was looking at Craigslist, Cycle Trader, and the different dealer websites but could not see any of your inventory in there. Even though you had the best price for what I wanted, I almost purchased from another store. I think you might get more customers if you showed your inventory and prices on the internet like what your competition is doing. I'm happy with my purchase but not happy that I almost bought from another store instead of yours."
